Where now?

I never thought it was possible to be in love with a location. I think I felt that way for so long because I couldn't imagine a world outside of Boise, Idaho. I've been in Boston for almost 5 years now and the beauty still takes my breathe away every fucking day. Although I'm from Boise, I grew up in Boston. Unfortunately, it's time for me to move on to bigger and better things. Ian is going to start grad school soon and Ari is almost ready for pre-school. We need to find a place where we can both continue our education, raise Ari in a safe environment, and live closer to family then an 8 hour plane ride. We've narrowed it down to four choices. Each city is just as big- if not bigger then Boston and all have plenty of programs for both of us. San Francisco is at the top of my list, but Seattle is at the top of Ian's. Austin is in there for good measure, and San Diego is the most beautiful place on earth. Either way, we have to make a decision by Aug. 1st so we can start gaining residency for the following fall semester. The money is saved, the boxes are packed, we just have to decide.
